Accessibility

This project is specifically aimed for families who have SEND or families who have children who would enjoy taking part in a wide range of sports activities.

What

The Accessible Sports Programme will involve a wide variety of games and activities such as table sports, boccia, Goalball, Powerchair activities, inclusive cycling and many more fun games.

This programme is unique, due to all activities being planned with the foundation that they are inclusive for all, ensuring that all children have activities they can take part in. All activities are FUN and we aim to ensure every child has the best time possible!!

We also have the accessible bikes on site, including a platform bike to allow wheelchair users to ride. This is a great opportunity for the children to try some different bikes, or for some to be able to ride along with peers. We have a variety of different bikes, so there will be a bike for everyone!

With the physical activity also being inclusive we look to help break down the barriers and leave a positive social impact with our participants.

The children and families can enjoy a hot nutritional meal on each day adding to their experience.
