Club Development Programme

Goals Beyond Grass are passionate about delivering and developing powerchair football. We aim to raise the standard and awareness of the sport, and to produce more players, coaches, and fundraisers for local clubs.

The club development programme starts at beginners that may be trying Powerchair Football for the first time ever, to players in the top leagues in the country, pushing towards playing international powerchair football.

Nomad Knights

Part of the WFA Championship, pushing towards the Premiership. All of the below teams can develop players into the Nomad Knights

Gloucestershire Gladiators

Part of the WFA West Midlands Powerchair Football League 1. The previous 2 Gloucestershire teams develop players into here.

Gloucestershire Warriors

The next step up from the development team, beginning to raise the level and introduce match tactics to the players.

Gloucestershire Gladiators Development

A development team that train but don’t play competitively, working on basic skills and understanding the game.

Bristol Dragons

A Bristol based side which play in the WFA South West Powerchair Football League.
