PAN Mixed Ability Football FAQs

What does PAN stand for?

PAN is all about being Inclusive. So PAN Football is football which anyone can play.

Will I be good enough?

Yes! Anyone who can walk and kick a ball will be able to play in at least one of our teams.

What do I need to bring to training?

At Gloucester City, bring plastic studded boots, wear football kit, and bring a drink with you.

At Forest Boars, boots or trainers are fine, wear football kit, and bring a drink with you.

When are matches played?

We play our matches once a month on a Sunday, with roughly 5 games played per team on these days.

These are played at different venues, which we can help people get to if needed. We will let you know where and when the matches (tournaments as we call them) are well in advance.

What format are the matches?

We play 5-a-side or 6-a-side matches. These are played on smaller pitches than standard 5 and 6-a-side pitches, however the pitches are still a good size.

What is PAN Mixed Ability Football?

PAN Mixed Ability Football is a format of football which involves small sided games for a mixture of abilities, including participants who have learning difficulties.
